  • Own and drive month end close and ensure timely completion to meet internal and external reporting requirements
  • Review journal entries and provide accounting assistance on transactions
  • Communicate schedules and role assignments to ensure a timely and accurate corporate consolidation and monthly close process
  • Monitors deliverables by Accounting team and other contributors
  • Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled to respective sub-legers and source data
  • Manage implementation of new policies and procedures impacting Accounting 
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with key stakeholders across other functional organizations and external business partner organizations
  • Participate in or lead initiatives and team projects and processes as assigned

  • Bachelor’ s Degree in Accounting or similarly related field 
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, including supervisory or management role
  • Ability to research and data mine in ERP and EPM systems, summarize, and present financial results in a clear and concise manner
  • Highly attentive to detail 
  • Working knowledge of manual and automated accounting systems
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and cooperative
  • Capability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationship

Nice to Haves:
  • CPA
  • Previous experience in public accounting
  • Strong technical U.S. GAAP accounting and reporting knowledge and financial analysis skills
  • Familiarity of relevant policies and procedures
  • Internal controls experience
  • Involvement in a multi-national, manufacturing environment, or equivalent
  • Sarbanes-Oxley knowledge
  • Strong leadership style in managing staff to ensure continuous improvement in functionality of the team
