A professional services company seeks a talented and motivated Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is an innovative opportunity for a dynamic, and exceedingly organized self-starter looking for a vigorous environment in Boston.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Leadership, Sales and Marketing and other corporate functions
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for corporate functions and senior leadership team
  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements for senior managers
  • Provide general IT support, including technical troubleshooting and issue resolution; other general IT maintenance issues
  • Ensure seamless execution of meetings and major client events: secure space, manage IT requirements, coordinate vendor services, prepare and disseminate materials
  • Coordinate meetings and projects both internally and externally
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports for senior managers
  • Assemble and print business collateral, proposals, and internal materials
  • Produce reports, spreadsheets, presentations and other documents
  • Manage the organization and compilation of RFP’ s
  • Support sales with maintenance of Salesforce.com opportunities

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of administrative experience in a professional services organization
  • Mastery in computer skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook
  • Process oriented: enjoys creating and managing processes and systems
  • Demonstrated experience in execution and accountability for project coordination/management
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Experience dealing directly with internal and external customers; demonstrated ability to receive, interpret and disseminate information verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficient in SalesForce.com administration
