An insurance company seeks an Administrative Assistant for full-time work. Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception, answer phones, meet and greet guests; guides them throughout the office as necessary
  • Answers telephones and routing callers to appropriate department and/or party
  • Maintain corporate security by issuing, checking and collecting badges and maintaining visitor logs
  • Assist colleagues with administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, mailings and electronic record routing
  • Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems

Qualifications
  • Ability to present oneself professionally
  • Comfortable sitting at a front desk
  • Administrative experience 

Nice to Have:
  • Insurance industry experience
