This position stands on a 12-month contract basis; however, it has the intention of converting into permanent work. This individual will assist with local office learning and professional development topics, while ensuring a robust environment for learning and growth to enable all colleagues in the location thrive. Additionally, this is a tremendous prospect for an individual looking join a vital organization and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities
  • Help organize and coordinate logistics for learning sessions and cohort group discussions
  • Maintain and update email distribution lists of committee members, evaluators and evaluees
  • Create and analyze learning survey results
  • Create and update folder structure, materials, templates using Box or PRDS as appropriate
  • Track communication of evaluation feedback to individuals and send reminders as needed
  • Work with our teams to ensure courses are available for registration
  • Send course announcements and reminders
  • Ensure evaluation summary forms and feedback are archived appropriately

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’ s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field 
  • Familiarity with professionals or management consulting
  • Discretion and professionalism to appropriately handle confidential personnel information
  • Solid networking skills to connect with learning counterparts in other locations
  • Ability to cultivate a pool of potential faculty 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and open to consensus driven outcomes when appropriate

Nice to Haves
  • Experience w/ Box and Cornerstone LMS
  • Excellent customer relationship skills, must be diplomatic and tactful
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative 
  • Capability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationships
  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
