A marketing communications agency is searching for an Associate Business Manager to join their team, who will serve as the account team’ s operational and finance the lead. This individual will be accountable for financial, staffing forecasts, regular budget reporting, accurate invoicing, and the optimization of the account team staffing structure. Moreover, this is a tremendous prospect for an exceedingly organized individual looking expand in a vigorous environment. 

  • Preform client budget reporting
  • Draft and process invoices in accordance with client agreements with appropriate back-up
  • Review the billing terms in SOW/Client contracts
  • Update billing command adequately after review
  • Provides accurate and realistic forecasts; actively manages forecast to ensure targets are met 
  • Maintain project billing data within organization project financial application
  • Routinely monitor financial performance of accounts to maximize revenue realization
  • Ensure financial control of all client work (estimates, jobs, fees, billing, expense monitoring) 
  • Manage the regular budget status reporting for client and internal audiences
  • Assess trends and keeps all applicable parties in the loop
  • Reviews statement of work documentation

  • Bachelor’ s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Management
  • 2 or more years of client finance experience (estimates, jobs, fees, billing, expense monitoring) 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly attentive to detail
  • Solid Microsoft Office expertise (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 

  • Experience within the marketing/advertising industry
  • Netsuite Openair knowledge
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative 
  • Capability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationships
  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
