Mid-Sized Non-Profit Organization is currently looking for a Budget Manager to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis! The Budget Manager will be responsible for analyzing budgets and financials, performing variance analysis and ensure accuracy and timeliness of assigned budget components. The Budget Manager will oversee the operating and capital budgets of the organization along with assisting in improving processes and reporting.
- Bachelor’ s degree.
- Minimum of 4 years Budgeting experience.
- Ability to analyze budgets and financials and perform variance analysis.
- Ability to improve budgeting and reporting processes.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
