Responsibilities:
  • Advise on and support the development of the practices and programs to support the objectives of the company
  • Analyze internal and external equity, incentives program and emerging trends in compensation
  • Recommend policy or program changes based on findings
  • Ensure programs comply with legislation
  • Work with survey vendors and assess partnership as necessary
  • Use survey data to recommend employee retention and engagement strategies
  • Help screen benefit providers, compare evaluations, and implement new programs
  • Analyze and evaluate the need to change benefit plan designs

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years' of compensation experience
  • Bachelor' s Degree
  • Certified Compensation Professional certification preferred
