A leading provider of workforce management seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst for a 6 to 9-month contract role; however, this position has the potential to extend.  Moreover, this is a tremendous prospect for an individual looking join a vigorous environment to make an immediate impact. 

  • Perform job evaluations for new, existing, or re-defined jobs to determine internal equity, grade assignments, exemption status, and eligibility for variable pay plans
  • Prepare ad-hoc compensation analyses and partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners and talent Acquisition on compensation related matters such as offers, promotions, and internal transfers
  • Perform analytical studies in a variety of areas, such as internal and external equity, competitive pay practices, incentive compensation, and emerging trends
  • Identify trends, draw conclusions and recommend policy and/or program changes
  • Assist in the building and maintenance of career and pay structures
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations

  • 4 or more years of compensation experience 
  • Ability to consolidate and analyze data utilizing excel (vlookup functions, pivot tables, graphing)
  • Experience with PayFactors or other market pricing programs

  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • Certified Compensation Professional 
  • High technology industry experience
  • Familiarity with Radford, Comptryx and/or IPAS benchmarking surveys 
  • Knowledge of Global Career Framework 
  • Experience with equity plan administration
  • Effective collaboration, communication, and writing skills
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, results driven, organized, and collaborative
