Do you have strong customer service skills? Do you pay close attention to detail? A privately held medical device company seeks a Customer Service Associate for full-time work. Moreover, this is an exciting and new opportunity for a self-proclaimed go-getter looking for an innovative and dynamic environment in the Greater Boston Area.

  • Daily supervision of Customer Service Representatives and management of inbound customer inquiries and CRM activity, scheduling, staff coaching and training
  • Monitor, track and report activity
  • Maintain KPI’ s
  • Work with Distribution to expedite shipments, address errors, escalate trends and identify solutions
  • Manage Quality Monitoring Program
  • Create and manage of department documentation 
  • Maintain and update all existing department documentation 
  • Assist in developing and maintaining training programs, learning aids and assessment tools, working closely with department manager
  • Participate in department projects
  • Execute action items and assist with change management
  • Generate reports to measure objectives, escalate performance gaps and create plan to address and close gaps

  • Bachelor’ s degree or High School Diploma 
  • 5 or more years of related experience    
  • Experience supervising CS staff 
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other databases/ERP Systems
