A nonprofit organization seeks a Director of Enterprise Applications to join their bright and passionate team on a 6-month contract basis; however, this position has the potential to convert into permanent work. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the analysis, evaluation, development, testing and implementation of computer software applications for various programs
  • Oversee the analysis of user needs and make recommendation of software applications
  • Preform the analysis, evaluation, development, testing and implementation of software applications for assigned program areas
  • Develop project time lines and identify project tasks and procedures
  • Manage and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities for assigned programs
  • Recommend, develop and administer policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and conduct user group education and problem-solving sessions related to assigned project
  • Meet and negotiate with vendors regarding software procurement and maintenance
  • Consult with vendors regarding system functionality

Qualifications:
  • 4 to 5 years of experience as an Applications Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager or similar position in a mid-sized to large organization
  • Bachelor' s degree 
  • Solid technical acumen and understand a variety of Applications 
  • Aptitude to learn and grow

Nice to Haves:
  • Master’ s Degree
  • Prefer experience in Education and/or a nonprofit 
  • Aptitude to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative
  • Capacity to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationship
