A utilities company seeks an Executive Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the SVP. Moreover, this is an innovative opportunity for a dynamic, and exceedingly organized self-starter looking explore all that business has to offer and grow as a professional. 

  • Prepare and organize agendas
  • Manage communication channels
  • Assess opportunities for enhancing processes
  • Handle confidential information appropriately 

  • At least 5 years' supporting executives
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills 
  • Strong attention to detail 

Nice to Have:
  • SAP, SharePoint and, Concur proficiency 
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative
  • Capacity to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationship
