  • Develop and implement consistent inventory and cost accounting policies, procedures, and operational reporting/metrics for all manufacturing facilities
  • Oversee and report on the consolidated plant manufacturing results for senior management
  • Prepare accurate and timely analyses that capture and communicate business results, variances, and performance trends 
  • Provide Leadership to and manages the efforts of site Finance staff to ensure appropriate support of Site departments
  • Supervise the development of operations based financial modelling
  • Coordinate and lead annual manufacturing budget reviews, monthly and quarterly reviews, and periodic forecast updates, with operational and senior management for all manufacturing locations
  • Approve and all major systems implementations related to cost and inventory control 
  • Retain a diverse, highly qualified staff and for providing career coaching, growth and personal development for direct/indirect report employees

  • Bachelor’ s Degree in Finance or Accounting 
  • Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 10 or more years management or supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated past leadership and management skills 
  • Relevant software skills

Nice to Haves:
  • CMA or MBA 
  • Direct management within a unionized environment 
  • 15 or more years of financial management experience in an operational environment 
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, flexible, organized, and collaborative
