A growing clinical laboratory seeks a Finance Manager to provide support to the whole operations side of the business. Moreover, this is an exciting and new opportunity for a self-proclaimed go-getter looking to join a bright and dynamic finance team.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Patient Services, Logistics, the state-of-the-art Lab, customer solutions, and local procurement
  • Manage the budgeting, forecasting, planning, and modeling
  • Reconcile accruals and ensure the central accounting is done timely and accurately 
  • Support the corporate functional departments

Qualifications:
  • Well-rounded FP&A experience
  • Supervisory skills
  • P&L knowledge
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Practice as a business partner

Nice to Have:
  • Essbase knowledge 
  • Awareness of closing dates and reporting packages
  • Practice with Hyperion, Workforce Planning, Peoplesoft, and Cognos 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative
