Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain open lines of communication with all internal stakeholders and external contacts
  • Clearly communicate the responsibilities of the grant policies and procedures to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee the Grants Inbox
  • Organize all Grant Committee Meetings, track attendance, and coordinate agenda and meeting minutes
  • Assist with the review of all new grant requests

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • 1 to 3 years of business experience
  • Strong database navigation skills to handle metric reporting and grant system upgrades and testing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Knowledge of the grant processes and supported activities, including contracting and payments, and insuring that all activities are consistent with requirements and guidelines of FDA, OIG, ACCME, AMA and PhRMA Code
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills in working on state, federal, and international reporting 

Nice to Haves:
  • Prior involvement in a Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Hospital, and/or Academic grant-making setting
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative
  • Aptitude to focus on detail
