A research organization that brings together a diverse group of individuals seeks a HRIS Administrator to join their team. This position stands on a 6 to 9-month contract basis; however, it has the potential to convert into permanent work. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS daily functional support
  • Manage, and resolve system related issues as reported to HRIS ticket queue
  • Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management
  • Monitor recurring issues, system, data or process gaps and proactively identifies potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements to meet changing needs
  • Work closely with our Workday partner on escalations, bug fixes, enhancements, and assistance with upgrades
  • Assist staff with creation of advanced queries to support their day to day responsibilities, as well as create ad-hoc reports
  • Partner with members HR Operations Team in supporting, communicating and training on updates as made available by Workday
     

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of Workday HCM experience and involvement as an HRIS Analyst
  • Knowledge of HR processes and data, including workflows
  • Solid understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes

Preferences:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources or a related field
  • Familiarity with Human Resources and Payroll functional processes
  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • Service oriented approach to internal customers and peer relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic, analytical, self-motivated, dynamic, organized, and collaborative
