The largest provider of renal care products and services in the nation HRIS Analyst to join their team on a 3-month contract basis. This individual will provide production support for HR systems and related procedures.   • Troubleshoot production issues and develop and implement remedies and support data integrations with other systems, partnering with IT, where necessary
  • Partner with subject matter experts to understand their functional requirements and create moderately complex queries
  • Report to support business needs regarding employee data and related information
  • Write, maintain and support a variety of HR reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools
  • Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing needs
  • Help maintain HR data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
  • Ensure data integrity including quality, accuracy, security, and usability of employee data and related interfaces by implementing adequate processes and controls
  • Maintain documentation for all systems changes, modifications and enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with applicable SOX controls

  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in HRIS and Human Resources
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Ability to write and run ad hoc queries and reports with a quick turnaround
  • Knowledge of file transfer protocols (SFTP and HTTP) and encryption software
  • Experience with designing and developing HR related queries and reports
  • Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and writing functional specifications
  • Advanced proficiency with PeopleSoft HRMS with strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, data integrity, analytics and audit functions and processes
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Access)

  • Experience working at a large company 
  • Ability to analyze and translate large amounts of data
  • Capability to analyze recruitment metrics and design strategies based on outcomes
  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative
