A global health organization seeks a HRIS Analyst to join their friendly and passionate team! This individual will support the HR compliance as well as capturing, analyzing and reporting HR trends for various human resource programs and initiatives. Responsibilities:
  • Perform data audits of HR system database tables to ensure the integrity of human resources systems data and process
  • Create iCIMS and SQL reports to meet data needs of HR and other departments
  • Support HR Systems Manager with departmental integration projects that require information gathering
  • Provide analysis and operational support on implementation of the new global HR System 
  • Assist HR team with technical issues related to the HR system 
  • Help with the developing training plans and documents
  • Train HR Department staff and others utilizing HR computer systems
  • Serve as a technical point-of-contact between HR System support and HR colleagues
  • Ensure data integrity and maintenance by regularly auditing data and process
  • Test implementation configurations and system changes
  • Identify product gaps from business specifications to product enhancement 

Qualifications:
  • 2 or more years of experience in computer system operations
  • Involvement with using and administering HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, HR analysis, and metrics
  • Ability to interpret technical material and guide others both internal and external to the HR department on the material, both verbally and/or in writing

Preferences:
  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • Previous implementation practice
  • Experience with an international non-profit/NGO
  • International experience 
  • Familiarity with SQL, iCIMS, and Tableau 
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative
  • Capability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationship
