  • Implement team key contributor on deployment of new HRIS technology and corresponding functional enhancements
  • Provide HR support to global end-user community including; data corrections, report writing, enhancements, testing, training, maintenance, documentation, and communications
  • Serve as technical point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues associated with payroll interface from the HRIS system
  • Partner with subject matter experts to understand their functional requirements and create complex queries 
  • Deliver production support for HR systems and related procedures
  • Troubleshoot production issues and develops and implements remedies 
  • Support data integrations with other systems, partnering with IT, where necessary
  • Assist with ongoing development of the HRIS system and participates as a subject matter expert in initiatives for future HR systems and solutions
  • Create and maintain business process mapping documentation
  • Administer system security in accordance with policy
  • Oversee PeopleSoft security roles, permission lists, security and reporting trees and workflow

  • 3 or more years of HRIS experience
  • Involvement with designing and developing HR related queries, reports, dashboards
  • Knowledge of system or module design and implementation 
  • Understanding and/or experience in multiple disciplines of HR and Payroll 
  • Knowledge of file transfer protocols (FTP and SFTP)

  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • Confident in questioning discrepancies or expressing issues to others
  • Comfortable liaising between
  • Experience with cloud-based HRIS systems
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, and collaborative
