A law firm seeks a motivate individual to serve as a Helpdesk Support member to join their team to provide technical support to the employees about various devices. Moreover, this is an innovative opportunity for an imaginative, and exceedingly organized looking to grow as a professional.

  • Image PCs
  • Move PC equipment; swap internal components such as memory, hard drives, as needed
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, printing issues, videoconferencing equipment, and local network issues 
  • Maintain server equipment out of/into racks for replacement and upgrades
  • Coordinate any and all requirements for attorneys engaged in international travel
  • Provide document scanning training and support
  • Track and document support issues in ticketing system
  • Configure loaner laptop, wireless card and mobile devices for employees

  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • 5 or more years of experience
  • Involvement in a law firm or legal environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Practice with Citrix XenDesktop
  • Knowledge of running and troubleshooting videoconferencing equipment
