A non-profit organization in the Financial District of Manhattan is looking to add a Human Resources (HR) Administrator to their team on a 6-month contract basis. The individual in this role will provide a wide range of administrative support across the HR department. Additionally, this is a tremendous prospect for an individual looking join a vital organization and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities
  • Stock supplies
  • Enter data into HRIS system
  • Reconcile expenses and credit cards
  • Organize travel logistics
  • Schedule meetings
  • Draft and format documents and presentations
  • Track new hire documentation
  • Monitor the HR inbox
  • Coordinate events

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience doing administrative work in HR department
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Calendar, Sheets, and Docs) 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly attentive to detail 

Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree 
  • Excellent customer relationship skills, must be diplomatic and tactful
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative 
  • Capability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationships
  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
