Responsibilities
  • Help with day to day HR Metrics
  • Manage performance management process
  • Support the IT division
  • Aid the compensation review 
  • Oversee employee engagement throughout the organization
  • Manage two direct reports 
  • Support a population of 300 employees 
  • Preform reports to the CHRO 

Qualifications
  • Experience serving as an HR Business Partner
  • Involvement with performance management
  • Practice with HR Metrics
  • Management experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly attentive to detail   

Preferences:
  • Experience supporting an IT team
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative
  • Capability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationships
  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
