The individual in this role will be coaching leaders, resolving a people issue and developing a program that helps grow the teams. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multiple areas of business and provide thought leadership on organizational design and people-related strategy and execution
  • Develop and deliver on initiatives to sustain overall org health and healthy cross functional team dynamics
  • Guide and support managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex org and talent issues
  • Assess future organizational needs
  • Form strong partnership with HR teams (TA, Comp, Learning, etc.) 
  • Look for ways to align programs and objectives with our core values
  • Proactively suggests new alternatives to current HR practices to help build programs and processes
  • Offer consultative support and guidance on implementation programs and initiatives

Qualifications
  • 10 or more years of progressive HR experience in fast paced, dynamic and high growth environment
  • Strong project management skill
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly attentive to detail 
  • Exceptional customer-service skills, able to respond to employee questions with tact and diplomacy 

Preferences:
  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • Involvement in life science
  • Looks at work with a global and future oriented perspective
  • Experience supporting clinical, regulatory, and development groups
  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative
  • Ability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationships
