An application security company in the Greater Boston area seeks a Human Resources Business Partner for full-time work. Responsibilities:
  • Execute human resource programs including performance management, employee relations, total rewards and immigration
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding programs and process
  • Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and partner with business leaders to define and implement new operating structures, systems and processes
  • Advise managers in the resolution of employee relations and employee performance issues
  • Conduct research and investigations as needed to support decision-making process
  • Provide policy interpretation, counseling and training for employees and managers on programs, policies and procedures
  • Remain aware of internal company environment, competitive environment, and market trends and developments within functional area
  • Apply knowledge and provides input to senior management to develop policies and procedures that affect departmental operations and may impact other functional areas

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor' s Degree
  • 4 to 10 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role or a role similar 
  • Experience in a company with a significant sales/commercialization unit

Preferences:
  • Experience from SaaS, FinTech and/or Life Sciences space
  • Global HR experience
  • Demonstrated tenure in individual roles on resume
  • Genuine interest, curiosity and passion for the business and HR
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to deliver results on time
  • Commercial business understanding and strong comprehension of how HR initiatives affect the larger organization financially
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, and collaborative
