A dynamic law firm that represents public and private clients seeks a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join their team! This position is a 2 to 3-month contract assignment that intends to convert into full-time employment. This individual will to assist with HR and recruiting administrative tasks. Moreover, this is a great opportunity for an exceedingly organized self-starter looking grow as a professional in a vigorous environment in Boston. 

  • Respond to HR-related internal and external inquiries or requests
  • Maintain relevant employee information and prepare reports in the firm’ s HR systems
  • Create, maintain and update personnel records; preserve hard and soft copy filing systems
  • Stand as the primary point of contact for employment verifications
  • Support development and on-going maintenance of the HR site 
  • Engage in the interview process by processing applications, reviewing resumes, screening, interview scheduling, communications, on-boarding and orientation
  • Support administrative staff performance review process
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

  • Bachelor' s degree
  • 2 or more years HR involvement
  • HR and/or recruiting coordination experience
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Solid Microsoft Office expertise (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Highly attentive to detail

  • Professional services industry experience 
  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative
  • Capability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationships
