- Manage on-boarding paperwork; personnel files and I-9s
- Assist with onboarding and orientation coordination
- Oversee projects to re-organize and audit current personnel files
- Strong attention to detail
- HR experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Involvement in the Life Science industry
- HRIS knowledge (ADP Workforce Now)
- 3 or more years of HR experience
