An Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing company seeks a talented and experienced Human Resources (HR) Director to attract, recruit, develop, and retain high performing employees for the company’ s continued, ambitious growth, and financial success. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and coordinating the work within the HR function. This is tremendous prospect for an experienced, commercially orientated HR professional who has proven success from working in similar industry. 

  • Manage employee communication and relations
  • Handle sounding boards for managers as a strong and trusted partner
  • Lead the talent management and succession planning process
  • Oversee employee benefit evaluation, renewals, compensation analysis and performance reviews, management of the HR systems (Oracle)
  • Lead training and development programs
  • Ensure that the work environment complies with applicable laws and reporting, agreements, and internal policies

  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • Manufacturing or similar industry experience
  • Change Management experience
  • Involvement as an HR Director
  • Practice identifying gaps and streamlining processes throughout an organization
  • Global HR experience
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly attentive to detail 
  • Exceptional customer-service skills, able to respond to employee questions with tact and diplomacy 

  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative
  • Ability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationships
