A global leader in Electronic Manufacturing seeks a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to support their operations. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements 
  • Partner with the legal department as needed
  • Play a key role in administering the entire employee life-cycle, including resourcing, on-boarding and exiting
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
  • Administer the appraisal process and identifying training needs
  • Work closely with the global HR team to ensure consistency in HR operations
  • Support all aspects of the recruitment process
  • Offer guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Review and benchmarks regional pay and benefits and administers payroll

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • 5 or more years of HR Generalist experience 
  • High level of employment law knowledge 
  • Experience working in culturally diverse organizations 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationship 

Preferences:
  • Employment law experience in NA, LATAM, and/or Mexico
  • Experience being a standalone HR person
  • Involvement in building out HR policies
  • Recruiting experience
  • ADP knowledge
  • LinkedIn practice 
  • Capability to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative
