A growing consumer products company seeks a n bright and passionate Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join their team! The individual in this role will be responsible for implementing HR programs, as well as policies and procedures. This role has the potential to grow into a Human Resources Manager or Director level position as the company grows over the next few years. Moreover, this is a tremendous prospect for an initiative-taking, creative-thinking individual who is interested in driving change within an organization. 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition function, including full cycle recruitment
  • Handle the on-boarding process for new hires and off-boarding for terminations
  • Oversee full cycle benefits administration, including open enrollment 
  • Create and implement new benefits initiatives
  • Management of Time and Attendance policies and dispute resolution
  • Collaborate with CFO around creation and management of various strategic initiatives
  • Review of payroll and timekeeping data prior to payroll processing
  • Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation
  • Serve as the point of contact for all worker' s compensation issues
  • Maintain current company compliance regarding all employment laws, guidelines, and legal risks

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’ s degree 
  • 3 to 5 years general Human Resources experience
  • Proven Recruitment experience; sourcing candidates, onboarding, off-boarding, and benefits administration
  • A successful track record handling all human resources functions including employee relations, talent development, HRIS and recruiting, as well as, administering the employee benefits package
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly attentive to detail 

Preferred Skills:
  • HR Certifications
  • Consumer products industry experience
  • Involvement with or ability to lead strategic initiatives
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative 
  • Capability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationships
  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
