  • Manage mobility programs including international and domestic assignments, relocation, and taxation as well as end-to-end immigration services
  • Partner with Americas HR Centers of Expertise and business teams to understand their needs and define a strategy to accomplish their global mobility need
  • Oversee all aspects of the day to day activities of the Mobility team including coaching, training and career development 
  • Maintain the strategic direction for Global Mobility in the Americas 
  • Initiate all types of mobility cases and liaise with employees, managers, HRBPs and immigration 
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all visa and immigration matters 
  • Coordinate, initiate and manage immigration cases with our outside legal services provider to ensure compliance, optimal process timeline, cost effectiveness and maximum efficiency 
  • Document cost estimation and obtain management approvals of each mobility project 
  • Bring about relocation, taxation and immigration budgets 
  • Provide communication and training related to mobility and immigration to the HR team, managers and employees 
  • Manage 5 direct reports

  • 5 or more years of global mobility practice 
  • Management experience 
  • Knowledge of immigration policies and procedures related to visas, work permits and relocation  
  • Understanding of tax implications related to international assignments and permanent relocation

  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • Involvement implementing or changing global policy
  • Experience partnering across a matrixed organization on immigration and mobility matters
