Are you looking to expand your Human Resources (HR) experience within the industry? A vigorous and dynamic computer software company a seeks Human Resources Manager for full-time work. This is an exciting and new opportunity for someone who is very motivated, strategic, and dynamic! 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee HR function
  • Assess current processes and procedures and make changes as necessary
  • Handle full cycle recruiting including onboarding
  • Supervise all aspects of benefits including open enrollment
  • Conduct compensation including salary structures and determinations using PayScale
  • Run reporting within ADP and Excel
  • Carry out employee relations
  • Oversee corporate training program
  • Act as HR point of contact and answer HR related questions

Qualifications:
  • 5 or more years of general HR experience
  • Small company exposure
  • Recruiting involvement
  • Benefits practice
  • Reporting experience

Preferences:
  • Involvement as the sole HR person in a similar sized company
  • PayScale knowledge
  • Management experience
