  • Advise on HR policies, procedures and legal issues
  • Upkeep restaurant organization charts
  • Manage Job Adverts and Job Descriptions
  • Organize Performance Review Forms
  • Ensure all staff applications, training, reviews and personnel files are kept up to date
  • Persevere new employment legislation
  • Support and monitor Managers with on-going training and development plans
  • Coordinate all front and back of house staff performance reviews with line managers
  • Manage reward and recognition guidelines within the group
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies
  • Manage benefits, ensuring that enrollments, deferrals, and COBRA are handled properly

  • Practice designing and implementing HR policies and practices
  • Employee relations experience including coaching, performance reviews, investigations, and terminations
  • Training and development involvement
  • Small business knowledge
  • Management experience
  • Capability to analyze recruitment metrics and design strategies based on outcomes

  • Biotech industry experience
  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative
  • Ability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationship
