This position stands on a contract basis; however, it has the intention of converting into permanent work. The individual in this role will assist with day-to-day HR operations and help leadership to analyze the overall HR needs. - Overseeing recruiting
- Recruit for some roles
- Manage the learning and development functions
- Handle compliance
- Bachelor' s Degree
- 3 or more years of HR Involvement
- Experience owning HR
- Union experience
- Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative
- Ability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationships
