A large consumer goods company seeks a Human Resources (HR) Recruiting Coordinator on a 3 to 6-month contract basis; however, this position has the potential to convert into permanent work.   Additionally, this is an innovative opportunity for an imaginative, and exceedingly organized self-starter looking explore all that HR has to offer and grow as a professional.

  • Serve as the administrative support to the recruiting team of 3
  • Assist with day to day scheduling utilizing Outlook, Oracle, and Taleo
  • Schedule up to 15 interviews a week involving complex scheduling and busy calendars 
  • Post jobs to various sites
  • Help with social media projects
  • Assist with background checks, reference checks, and onboarding 
  • Serve as the face of recruiting and interact with candidates 

  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • Administrative experience
  • Talent Acquisition Coordination experience 
  • Knowledge of Oracle and Taleo 

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills 
  • Capability to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative
  • Ability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationship
