A law firm seeks a bright and passionate Human Resources (HR) Recruiting Coordinator to join their team! Responsibilities:
  • Organize interviews for summer, fall, and lateral attorney candidates
  • Prepare meeting schedules for candidates and greet candidates
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates on interview days and throughout the process
  • Coordinate the on-campus recruiting process for the Boston office
  • Concoct and distribute candidate materials to interviewing attorneys
  • Maintain recruiting calendars, solicit comments from attorney interviewers, and process recruiting expenses/reimbursements for candidates and attorney participants
  • Process resumes, track candidates, run reports, and maintain complete candidate files in the recruitment database
  • Work with Talent Acquisition, Legal team members in other offices on department-wide projects and initiatives
  • Work closely with the Human Resources and Conflicts Departments to ensure that all new hire paperwork is completed and submitted for all summer, fall and lateral associates
  • Analyze, compile, and update various demographic and statistical information and other reporting materials

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • 2 or more years of coordination experience
  • Scheduling experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferences:
  • Professional services industry experience
  • Campus recruiting experience
  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and cooperative
  • Capability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationship
