Responsibilities
  • Manage phone screens
  • Oversee new hire orientations
  • Help with administrative work
  • Oversee background check initiation process
  • Post positions to job boards
  • Run searches for potential candidates
  • Help guide candidates through interviews

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • At least 1 year of recruiting
  • Outstanding communication skills

Preferences:
  • ATS knowledge
  • Involvement with background check process
  • Practice working with clients
