World Class Medical Center has an immediate need for a  Human Resources Assistant  with at least 2 years of experience to join the team on a contract basis!  The Human Resources Assistant will provide overall administrative support to the department. Some daily responsibilities of the Human Resources Assistant will include answering and transferring calls to the HR team, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, assisting with logging paperwork to outside offices and other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’ s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2  years related experience in Administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and Calendar.

Preferred Skills:
  • HR or University experience.
  • Customer and client service experience.
