A dynamic software company seeks a talented and motivated Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis who will serve as the principal business partner to the COO and support the global market. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage overall finance support for global organization 
  • Develop and mentor a team of two analysts on technical and soft skills needed to support the business
  • Progress a best-in-class business partnership through active collaboration with global leaders
  • Proactively own the monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting cycles
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly analysis of the financial results
  • Create and showcase the robust models to drive decision-making
  • Ensure financial objectives (margins, ROI, growth, efficiency and productivity)
  • Provide operational and strategic recommendations for business decisions based on insights and analysis

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar field
  • 10 or more years of progressive experience in finance-related roles 
  • 2 to 3 years of people management experience 
  • Core competencies in financial planning, financial modeling and analytics
  • Ability to clearly link financial results to operational and market drivers
  • Comfortable working with senior management
  • Involvement with Adaptive Insights or other similar financial planning applications

Nice to Haves:
  • MBA
  • Previous sales and marketing finance and/or operations experience 
  • Software/SaaS industry experience 
  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and cooperative
  • Capability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationship
