  • Monitor public email account for calls, distributions, correspondence, and for partnership financial statements and capital accounts
  • Ensure all relevant documents are included in notices, follow-up when necessary
  • Upload to document storage system
  • Manage Annual and Advisory Meeting attendance, upload materials to document storage system
  • Facilitate any materials, requests and responses to departments, as needed
  • Ensure all relevant documents are included in financial statements, follow-up when necessary
  • Convert hard copy financials to electronic version (internally or externally)
  • Upload to document storage system
  • Ensure receipt of annual audited statements
  • Upload annual reporting responses into document storage system
  • File and maintain partnership performance files

  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the same or similar industry

  • Capacity to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationship 
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
