  • Lead the North America payroll function 
  • Coach and mentor payroll team members 
  • Manage accurate and timely payrolls including compliance with local tax and labor regulations, variable pay, stock and supplemental pay runs
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities 
  • Execute accurate payroll tax funding, reporting and compliance
  • Design and maintain internal controls 
  • Drive, review and audit work performed by team, including wages, tax withholding, deductions and garnishments
  • Ensure continued successful integration of systems, including ADP and Workday
  • Integrate newly acquired companies into payroll operations

  • 7 - 10 years of experience leading a dynamic payroll function
  • Bachelor’ s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance  
  • Experience with major payroll software such as ADP, Ceridian or UltiPro
  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to Haves
  • CPP or other relevant certification
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, and collaborative
