This individual will act as an intermediary between various teams and the technical community to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design. Responsibilities
  • Work with business partner to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs
  • Clearly articulates and documents business requirements
  • Asses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands
  • Coordinate project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions
  • Obtains key inputs from enterprise architecture teams and identifies solution interdependencies
  • Manage ongoing relationship with business partner to drive satisfaction with IT
  • Write SQL queries for data analysis
  • Engage with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems
  • Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues

Qualifications:
  • Broad IT domain experience: Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Business Process Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Maintenance and Support
  • Strong interest in finance and solving complex problems
  • Proficient in writing SQL queries for analyzing data, demonstrated analytical skills
  • Practice with complex data migration, ETL processes, and data analysis
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • experience translating technical concepts and decisions to non-technical staff
  • Confident self-starter capable of setting plans and driving projects to completion
  • Basic understanding of information technology and business concepts
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel (including working with pivot tables and v-lookups)

Nice to Haves:
  • Azure / cloud experience
  • Familiarity and experience with Agile software development methodologies 
  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and cooperative
  • Capability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationships
