A pharmaceutical company seeks a talented and experience Recruiter to join their growing Talent Acquisition team. This role will assist with the development and execution of Executive Search by executing recruitment strategies and programs to attract best in class talent for senior leadership openings.   • Design and implement strategies to identify and attract senior level talent to the organization
  • Develop sourcing strategies to find top talent to support the growth strategies of the organization
  • Conduct proactive talent pipelining and sourcing initiatives leveraging industry expertise and relationships, as well as research/mapping
  • Build and foster strategic relationships with key external staffing partners
  • Develop solid relationships internally with executives in client groups as well as with HR Business Partners
  • Provide a consultative approach to workforce planning with proactive pipeline development to meet anticipated needs
  • Pre-screen, qualify, and source senior level external candidates
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent from competitors and industry leaders.
  • Manage and participate in targeted recruiting initiatives
  • Collaborate with Compensation and HR Business Partners to design competitive offers to candidates
  • Interview candidates for core competencies, leadership competencies, cultural fit and future potential

  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • 10 or more years of TA experience, including executive search
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, including negotiating vendor agreements
  • Highly attentive to detail 
  • Proven track record to set and drive recruitment strategies
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about recruiting and best practices
  • Leadership presence and credibility to interact skillfully with all levels of employees and
  • stakeholders, including senior executives
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent customer relationship skills, must be diplomatic and tactful

  • Executive search experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, life science or medical device industry
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically plan and execute initiatives across the organization
  • Capability to analyze recruitment metrics and design strategies based on outcomes
  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and cooperative
  • Ability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationship
