An Information Technology and Services company seeks a bright and passionate Recruiter to join their team! This position stands on a 3-month contract basis; however, it has the potential to extend. Additionally, this is an innovative opportunity for an imaginative, and exceedingly organized self-starter looking to join a vigorous and lively work environment. 

Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales recruiting for global Account Executive positions
  • Manage a req load of 12 positions
  • Source candidates
  • Positions are global in the USA, Japan, and Australia 

Qualifications:
  • 3 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience 
  • Involvement recruiting for Sales positions
  • Proactive sourcing practice
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferences:
  • Global experience
  • Technology background 
  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, customer-focused, analytical, and collaborative 
  • Capability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationship
