A retail company in the Greater Boston Area is looking to hire a Recruiter for a 6-month contract role. However, this prospect has the potential to expand to permanent work. Additionally, this is a great opportunity for an exceedingly organized self-starter looking grow as a professional in a fresh, fun, and creative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with recruiters to fill reqs and generate candidate pool
  • Evolve sourcing efforts to attract top talent and network within talent communities across social media such as Twitter, GitHub, Reddit, etc.
  • Lead sourcing on hard to fill roles
  • Manage up to 25 employees 

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of sourcing experience  

Preferences:
  • E-commerce industry experience 
  • Involvement in an agency or corporate recruiting 
  • Technical sourcing knowledge 
  • Aptitude to focus on detail 
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, and collaborative
