Are you looking to expand you Human Resources (HR) experience? A global leader in public transport operations seeks a Recruiter for a 3-month contract basis; however, this position has the potential to extend to permanent work. Additionally, this is a great opportunity for an exceedingly organized self-starter looking grow as an HR professional in a fresh, fun, and dynamic environment within Boston. 

Responsibilities:
  • Work with hiring managers to understand open reqs
  • Prepare job postings and post on various job boards and websites
  • Source qualified candidates
  • Screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews
  • Track candidates through an ATS
  • Handle on-boarding including new hire paperwork, offer letters, background checks, etc.

Qualifications
  • 2 or more years of Full cycle recruiting experience 
  • Exposure working with hiring managers
  • On-boarding involvement   

Preferences:
  • Experience working in a unionized environment
  • Transportation industry practice
