An Electronics Distribution company seeks a energetic and passionate Recruiter to join their team on a contract basis; however, this position has the potential to extend into permanent work.   Moreover, this is an innovative opportunity for an imaginative, and exceedingly organized self-starter looking to grow as a professional.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit for sales
  • Source candidates
  • Engage in the interview process
  • Conduct full cycle recruiting

Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelor' s Degree
  • 4 to 6 years corporate/agency recruiting experience
  • 1 year of sales recruiting experience

Preferences:
  • Past recruiting experiences have had an emphasis on sales recruiting
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative
