A banking company in the metro west area seeks a Recruiter for a 3 to 6-month contract role. Additionally, this is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual looking to work within a rapidly rising and innovative environment. 

Responsibilities:
  • Source for qualified candidates and screen resumes
  • Manage and interview for multiple requisitions at a time
  • Help schedule and conduct phone screens with prospective candidates

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of strong sourcing experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and ATS 
  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative
  • Capability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationship

Nice to Have:
  • Prior work recruiting in the financial services industry
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
