  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, engagement, screening and hiring
  • Facilitate high quality recruiting strategies
  • Meet short- and long-term business objectives
  • Coach Hiring Managers on the interview and selection process 
  • Continually network with internal and external talent 
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition related projects 
  • Lead projects with a medium to large budget

  • Bachelor' s Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruiting
  • Experience actively sourcing candidates 
  • Excitement to be an actively sourcing recruiter

  • Sales and/or medical device recruiting experience
  • Willing to implement and execute strategy
  • Comfortable in a process-oriented, very structured environment
  • Confident collaborating with C-level, VP-level, and Director-level team members 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, and collaborative
