Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews
  • Help negotiate salaries
  • Make sure there is compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting
  • Manage confidential information appropriately
  • Generate recruitment analytics

Qualifications:
  • ATS knowledge
  • At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Understanding of affirmative action, OFCCP, and Department of Labor requirements

Preferences:
  • Technical sales recruiting experience
  • National recruiting involvement
  • Taleo proficiency
  • LinkedIn Recruiter practice
  • Agency exposure
