Responsibilities:
  • Make recommendations to senior management to assist in the development of organizational goals
  • Work with key stakeholders across corporate lines of business 
  • Identify key requirements for recruiting/internet utilization and positioning
  • Provide direction and assist recruiters in recruiting strategies including the creation and execution of specific sourcing plans
  • Develop and manage job board relationships to support strategy
  • Evaluate market size, the competitive landscape, and industry structures
  • Participate on various teams related to candidate and customer attraction
  • Act as an SME in the strategic sourcing process
  • Conduct market research to establish strategic sourcing plans
  • Track sourcing effectiveness and advises on reallocation of spend as appropriate
  • Define key performance indicators and implements enterprise level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success

Qualifications:
  • 5 or more years recruitment experience in R&D, with a strong background in Data Analytics
  • Pharma recruitment experience and knowledge of the Pharma industry
  • Experience with Job Board and Recruiting strategies
  • Exceptional capabilities in innovative sourcing strategies
  • Ability to expediently gather and analyze data present it to management while making recommendations to improve the business
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies and market research
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills

Preferences:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Human Resources or similar
  • Practice working in Workday
  • Aptitude to focus on detail 
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, persuasive, analytical, and collaborative
  • Project management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to make competent use of work-related equipment and materials
  • Capable of producing results within an unstructured environment and have the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in priorities
