A manufacturing company seeks a talented and experienced Sales Administration & Service Support Manager to coordinate inside sales, customer care administration, and contract service sales to help achieve business level goals in target markets. This position stands on a contract basis; however, it has the potential to convert into permanent work.   • Handle the daily management of the Sales Service Contract Specialist including generation of Support Agreement quotes
  • Follow through to customer decision in a highly efficient manner
  • Review of all Terms and conditions as well as government service contracts
  • Coordinate all aspects of communication to customers with the objective of increasing support agreement sales
  • Work with Business Managers to develop and maintain support agreement sales procedures and ensure effective communications within OI that increase support agreement orders
  • Convert warranty customers to support agreements, keeping current support agreements in place
  • Conduct campaigns for specific service opportunities
  • Input to one or more databases and other records to track leads, quotes sales and other activities necessary for the sale of support agreements and measurement of effectiveness

  • 2 or more years of sales admin or customer service experience
  • Management experience
  • Solid Microsoft Office expertise (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • Government contracts experience
  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and cooperative
  • Capability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationship
